MATEKSYS H743-SLIM-V4 Flight Controller
Technical Highlights
STM32H743 Processing Platform
The H743-SLIM-V4 uses an STM32H743VIH6 processor running at 480 MHz, with 1 MB RAM and 2 MB flash. Manufacturer-listed firmware options are ArduPilot, Betaflight and INAV, using the MATEKH743 target.
Dual IMUs and Onboard Sensors
The V4 hardware has two ICM42688P IMUs, a DPS368 barometer and an AT7456E analog OSD chip. A microSD card socket provides blackbox-log storage.
Flexible I/O
The board provides seven UARTs, two I2C buses, one CAN interface and 13 PWM resources, with the LED pad included in that PWM count. Dual camera inputs can be switched through supported configuration.
2–8S Power Input
The flight controller accepts 6–36 V DC from a 2–8S LiPo supply with input TVS protection. Its onboard BEC supplies 5 V at 2.5 A continuous, with 3 A specified as the maximum.

Selection and Installation Notes
This is the H743-SLIM-V4. Do not select specifications or firmware intended for F405, F743 or earlier H743-SLIM revisions.
The board has a 5 V BEC; a 9 V or 12 V onboard BEC is not listed for this model.
The 13-PWM count includes the LED pad. Check the selected firmware's output mapping before allocating motors, servos or LEDs.
Matek notes that a Betaflight firmware downloaded directly from the configurator may use only the first IMU; check the manufacturer's firmware guidance if dual-IMU operation is required.
Confirm the source and physical revision of any offered unit before purchase, as the manufacturer lists this model as discontinued and has warned about counterfeit units.
FAQ
Is this an F405, F743 or H743 flight controller?
The board shown is marked MATEKSYS H743-SLIM V4 and uses an STM32H743VIH6 MCU. F405 and F743 are not the MCU designations for this model.
Does the H743-SLIM-V4 provide 9 V or 12 V BEC outputs?
No. Matek lists an onboard 5 V BEC rated at 2.5 A continuous and 3 A maximum. The filtered VBat output is separate and is not a regulated 9 V or 12 V BEC.
What battery input range is specified?
The manufacturer specifies 6–36 V DC, corresponding to 2–8S LiPo input.
Which firmware target should be used?
Matek lists MATEKH743 for ArduPilot, Betaflight and INAV. Follow the manufacturer's version-specific firmware guidance when using the V4 dual-IMU hardware.
Does the board have a built-in ELRS receiver or current sensor?
No built-in ELRS receiver is identified in the manufacturer specification. Matek also states that the board has no built-in current sensor; it provides current-sense ADC input for an external sensor.
B2B Procurement FAQ
Is this model still in production?
Matek lists the H743-SLIM-V4 as discontinued. Any available stock, quantity and condition must be confirmed during quotation.
How can the board's source and authenticity be checked?
Request the supplier's sourcing information and clear photos of the actual batch before purchase. Matek has issued a warning about counterfeit H743-SLIM-V4 units; the supplied listing photos alone do not authenticate a unit.
What accessories are included in a quoted batch?
Confirm the actual packing list during quotation. The manufacturer's standard list includes the board, mounting grommets, an 8-pin cable and connectors, and a CAN-port cable; the supplied archive itself mainly shows the board.
Are samples, MOQ, lead time or warranty terms available?
Samples, MOQ, lead time and warranty terms are not established by the supplied product material and must be confirmed during quotation.
