FAQ
What flight controller and ESC are included in the F490 V4 stack?
The F490 V4 includes one F405 V4 flight controller and one 3090 32-bit 90A 4-in-1 ESC.
Is the F490 V4 the same as the F4100 V4?
No. The F490 V4 uses a 3090 ESC rated for 90A continuous current per channel. The F4100 V4 uses a different 30100 ESC with a 100A continuous-current specification.
What battery voltage does the F490 V4 support?
The supplied F490 V4 ESC specification identifies a 3–8S LiPo input range.
What is the difference between continuous and instantaneous current?
The ESC is specified for 90A continuous current per channel. The stated 100A per channel value is an instantaneous maximum, and no supported duration is provided in the supplied material.
What current-sensor scale should be entered?
The supplied ESC parameter sheet specifies an amperage-meter scale value of 106.
Which ESC firmware is specified?
The product-specific ESC parameter sheet lists AM32_AORC_K_A_F421_2.16.hex. Confirm the installed firmware and ESC model before performing an update.
Which flight-controller firmware target is required?
The F405 V4 flight controller uses the AOCODARCF405V3 target for Betaflight, INAV and ArduPilot (ChibiOS).
Does the stack support analog video and DJI O3 wiring?
Yes. It provides an AT7456E analog OSD, dual camera inputs, analog VTX connections and dedicated wiring shown for the DJI O3 system.
B2B Procurement FAQ
What should be confirmed before placing a bulk order?
Confirm that the quotation specifies the F490 V4 with the 3090 90A ESC rather than the F4100 V4 or 30100 ESC. The production-batch dimensions, firmware, accessories and packaging should also be confirmed.
Are samples and low-volume trial orders available?
Sample availability, minimum order quantity, sample cost and lead time must be confirmed during quotation.
Can OEM packaging or product labeling be provided?
OEM packaging, labeling, branding and documentation requirements must be reviewed and confirmed before an order is accepted.
Which details should buyers provide for compatibility review?
Provide the intended LiPo cell count, motor and propeller combination, expected current demand, receiver type, video system, frame clearance and required firmware environment.
Are compliance documents and warranty terms included?
Required compliance documents, inspection standards, warranty coverage and after-sales terms must be confirmed for the quoted production batch.
